I understand what it's like to be in chronic pain from personal experience with injury and recovery.  I provide therapeutic massage focusing on chronic pain management and stress relief, on the island of Maui.  I use deep tissue, myofascial release, and orthopedic assessment to address pain and dysfunction.  My techniques are not painful and include active and passive stretching, range of motion and muscle energy techniques.
